As any business we Book.eu.com have a set of terms and conditions that you have to agree with if you want to use our app to make a booking.

Book.eu.com protection & support fees

To avoid frauds, we book.eu.com, will keep the money for all bookings and will send the money to the Hosts after the booking was finalised.

We have chosen this option to ensure that you, the Guest, have all the conditions promised by the Host.

Thus in case if the conditions promised by the Host do not coincide with what you find when you ,the Guest, go to claim your booking like for example: ( the space doesn’t exist,the room,the pension,the appartement,etc;poor conditions or unhealthy; the is no electricity,heat or water ) you,the Guest, can report the Host within 12 hours from the moment your booking should have started, you will get paid you money back( minus our booking taxes – see report policy ) if you have chosen not to claim it.

For us,book.eu.com, to be able to ensure the benefits that we mentioned earlier, and a fast and good quality support we have a booking fee between 2,5% and 10% ( this varies depending on the total amount of your booking and the Hosts account type. )

Refund policy

If you want a refund once you cancelled a booking you agree that you will get a refund between 0-100 % depending on that Host’s policy minus fees.

  • Stripe’s processing fees ( 0.029% + 0.3 $ per booking )
  • Conversion fee ( Only if you pay in a different currency when you make your booking besides US dollars. You can see here the details for this fee. )
  • International credit card fees ( Only if you pay with these types of credit cards besides the ones in USA )
  • Book.eu.com protection & support fee ( 2,5% – 10% )

Report policy

In case if the conditions specified by the Host do not match with the conditions that you, the Guest, get when you claim your booking.( the space doesn’t exist,the room,the pension,the appartement,etc;poor conditions or unhealthy; the is no electricity,heat or water ) you,the Guest, can report the Host within 12 hours from the moment your booking should have started.

You can get your money back besides the following fees :

Conversion fee & international credit card fee

Dues to the fact that our company is based in USA all the transactions will be converted in US dollars.For this conversion you, the Guest, will pay a small fee ( which is already included in the final price of the booking ).

Also for the international credit cards, Stripe has an aditional fee. ( see stripe fees ).And this fee is also included in the final price of the booking.

Payment processing fee

The company,Stripe, which processes the payment also has a fee for doing this. The fee is 0.029% + 0.3 $ – which is also included in the final price of the booking.

Spaces and recommended websites fees

  • A ) In case you will make the booking on a website certified by book.eu.com that recommends you the space you,the Guest, will have to pay a fee of 1,5% – 2,5% (this fee is included in the final price of the booking ).
  • B) A similar fee ( of 1,5% – 2,5%) with the one described earlier at point A, will be added to the final price of the booking also for the site.
  • C ) A similar fee ( of 1,5% – 2,5%) will be added in case if you made a booking on a website that was created through a similar website in the book.eu.com network.

Problems

We book.eu.com are not responsible for anything that happens to the Guest while he stays at the booking he made. The hole responsibility is on the Host if it is the host fault or the Guest if it is his fault, this will be decided between the Host and the Guest.

We book.eu.com are not responsible for anything that happens to the Guest from his home to the booking or from the booking to his home.

Damages

If a Guest breaks something while he stays at the booking he made, we book.eu.com are not responsible for anything and will not refund the Host. The Host will have to talk to the Guest to get back his money for the damages the Guest made. This applies to any types of damages.

No conflict

We book.eu.com do not have any hotels, motels, cottages, or any other form of hosting space.

Responsibility

The spaces that the Hosts make available for booking are not owned by book.eu.com and such the spaces and activities that the Hosts provide do not represent book.eu.com.

Changing terms

We book.eu.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions any time we want.
